It's everyone's favorite 90's magical girl, Sailor Moon! I remember watching it and reading the manga when I was younger, good times. :granny:
When I was drawing this originally, this wasn't planning on drawing Sailor Moon. But when I was sketching, the pose reminded me of Sailor Moon. So I went with it. :D
